Carlos was born in Los Angeles and worked as a child actor from age 7 to 16. He attended several art schools and colleges in the area, and then spent 2 years in the Army (1965 to 1967). After release from the service, he began his career as an illustrator in the advertising and entertainment industry, where he has worked for the past 30 years. Hobbies: drawing, painting, music, movies, and basketball.
